Steffans Legal Secures Final Approval of Class Action Settlement

On March 12, 2024, the Massachusetts Superior Court sitting in Norfolk County issued final approval to the class action settlement secured by Steffans Legal on behalf of Starbucks employees in Massachusetts. Steffans Legal filed this case on behalf of Starbucks employees who were not paid their final wages at the end of their employment according to the time requirements under Massachusetts law (last day of employment for those terminated, next pay period for those resigning).
